Edit: Adjusted the colors (and changed the title). I think it's getting better.
So, yeah. I'm trying to do more sequential coloring work so I can show to some more editors possibly at WWPhilly. I found this piece by Chris Bachalo and Tim Townsend [link] and gave it a whirl. But I'm not 100% happy with it, and I don't know why. I'm a firm believer that my colors can "work" on any artist, but I wonder if I'm mistaken. I wanted some feedback from you guys who have fresher eyes than me to tell me what needs fixing. Thanks.
