Edit: Adjusted the colors (and changed the title). I think it's getting better.
So, yeah. I'm trying to do more sequential coloring work so I can show to some more editors possibly at WWPhilly. I found this piece by Chris Bachalo and Tim Townsend [link] and gave it a whirl. But I'm not 100% happy with it, and I don't know why. I'm a firm believer that my colors can "work" on any artist, but I wonder if I'm mistaken. I wanted some feedback from you guys who have fresher eyes than me to tell me what needs fixing. Thanks. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
